1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chemicals4Construction website, C4C Network, member areas, product and service listings, business directories, requirements, enquiries, jobs, messaging and other related features and services (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is operated by Giribala Creative Ventures Private Limited ("C4C", "we", "us" or "our").
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Additional terms may apply to particular services, paid features, promotions or transactions.
2. About the Platform
Chemicals4Construction is an industry-focused digital platform intended to help construction-chemical businesses and professionals discover products, companies, services, opportunities and business connections.
C4C may provide facilities for manufacturers, suppliers, stockists, distributors, applicators, consultants, contractors, professionals, buyers, sellers and other participants to publish information and connect with one another.
C4C is generally a platform and networking service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, C4C is not the manufacturer, seller, buyer, distributor, applicator, employer or contracting party in transactions or arrangements between members.
3. Accounts & Membership
3.1 Accurate information
When creating an account or business profile, you must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading. You are responsible for updating information when it changes.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activities performed through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify C4C promptly.
3.3 Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity required to enter into these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act for that entity.
3.4 Business profiles
C4C may request supporting information, verification documents or other evidence to maintain the quality and integrity of the network. Verification, where provided, does not constitute a guarantee, certification or endorsement of a member or its products.
4. Listings & User Content
Members may be able to submit company information, product details, photographs, documents, descriptions, certifications, service information, job information, requirements, reviews, messages and other material ("User Content").
- You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and publish User Content.
- User Content must be truthful, relevant, lawful and not misleading.
- You must not upload confidential information belonging to another person or organisation without permission.
- You must not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- C4C may review, moderate, reject, edit for formatting, restrict or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
By submitting User Content, you grant C4C a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
5. Business Interactions
The Platform may enable users to discover businesses, products and services and communicate with other members. Any commercial arrangement, quotation, purchase, sale, supply, installation, consultancy, employment or other transaction between users is primarily between the relevant parties.
Users should independently verify business credentials, product suitability, technical specifications, pricing, availability, warranties, delivery terms, taxation, regulatory compliance and other commercial matters before entering into an agreement.
C4C does not guarantee the quality, availability, safety, legality, performance, suitability, financial standing or conduct of any member, product or service unless expressly stated in writing.
6. Requirements, Leads & Enquiries
The Platform may allow users to post requirements, receive enquiries, exchange business leads and contact other members.
- Requirements and enquiries must relate to genuine business or professional needs.
- Users must not post false, duplicate, deceptive or intentionally misleading requirements.
- Users must not use leads or contact information for unlawful spam, harassment or unrelated bulk marketing.
- Contact details may be subject to C4C's privacy, visibility and communication controls.
- C4C does not guarantee that a requirement will receive a response, lead, quotation or successful transaction.
7. Jobs & Professional Profiles
Where job listings or professional profiles are available, employers and candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information they publish and for independently evaluating each other.
C4C does not guarantee employment, candidate suitability, employer suitability, salary, vacancy availability, hiring outcomes or the accuracy of information submitted by users.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- fraud, impersonation or misrepresentation;
- unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- scraping, crawling or automated extraction that is not authorised by C4C;
- uploading malware, malicious code or harmful files;
- interfering with the security, operation or availability of the Platform;
- posting unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or infringing material;
- using the Platform to distribute spam or deceptive communications;
- creating accounts or listings for fraudulent, duplicate or deceptive purposes;
- using another member's information in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The C4C name, branding, logos, page designs, software, graphics, databases, original text and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to C4C and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit C4C materials or Platform functionality without prior written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
The Platform may contain links, integrations or references to third-party websites, payment services, social networks, communication tools or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
C4C is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices or performance of third-party services. You should review their applicable terms before using them.
11. Availability & Changes to the Platform
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue Platform features, pages, categories or services from time to time. We may also perform maintenance or experience interruptions caused by technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not promise that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or available at every time and location.
12. Disclaimers
Information published on the Platform is provided for general business and informational purposes. Product descriptions, technical information, specifications, application guidance, claims, certifications, pricing and availability may be supplied or updated by manufacturers, suppliers, professionals or other users.

C4C is not responsible for disputes, losses or damages arising from transactions, communications, representations or arrangements made directly between members or other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless C4C, Giribala Creative Ventures Private Limited and their respective personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or User Content submitted by you.
15. Suspension & Termination
C4C may suspend, restrict or terminate an account, listing or access to the Platform where it reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms, created risk for the Platform or other users, supplied misleading information, engaged in abuse or fraud, or where action is required by law.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, may continue after termination where applicable.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
