Request deletion of your personal data
Giribala Creative Ventures Private Limited operates Chemicals4Construction (CC), CC CRM and connected CC services. If you have contacted us, registered with us, placed an order, booked a service, used our software or interacted with our services, you may request that we delete personal information associated with you, subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.
You do not need to log in to submit a deletion request.

- Send an email
Write to info@chemicals4construction.com with the subject CC - Personal Data Deletion Request.
- Identify the relevant account or contact
Provide the email address, phone number or account used with the relevant CC service. For Meta-connected interactions, identify the Facebook/Instagram account involved if applicable. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or access tokens.
- Describe the information to delete
For example: member profile, marketplace account, enquiry history, CRM lead, service booking, event registration or information received through Meta integrations. State which CC service is involved.
- Complete verification if requested
We may ask for limited information to confirm that the request concerns your data and to protect against unauthorized deletion.
- Receive a response
Our team will review the request, communicate any necessary verification or legal retention requirements, and confirm the outcome by email.
What information may be covered?
- Contact information such as your name, phone number, email address and business details.
- CC Network profiles and communications; CC CRM enquiries, leads, support requests and follow-up records associated with you.
- Personal information received through WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram integrations, where held by our systems and eligible for deletion.
- Information associated with CC Shoppe orders, CC Waterproofing service requests, CCBOQ accounts and projects, CC Expo registrations, and CC News, CC Events, CC Stories, CC Insight, CC Knowledge, CC Employment, CC Solutions, CC Requirements and CC Video, where personal data is held and eligible for deletion.
Scope and important limitations
This is a single request channel for CC services operated by Giribala Creative Ventures Private Limited. Some services may use separate databases, providers or legally required records. A deletion request is reviewed and verified before eligible data is deleted or anonymised; submission does not mean immediate deletion.
We may retain invoices, transaction records, safety records and other information where required or permitted by law. Information controlled independently by third parties must be requested from those parties.

Meta / Facebook users
If you accessed or contacted us through a Meta service, you can use the same email procedure to request deletion of information held by CC. To manage information held directly by Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, use the privacy and account settings provided by the relevant Meta service.
