1. Overview
This policy describes how cancellation, returns and refund requests are handled for the Chemicals4Construction (CC) ecosystem operated by Giribala Creative Ventures Private Limited. It covers CC Network, CC Shoppe, CC Waterproofing, CCBOQ, CC Expo, advertisements, listings and other connected services where applicable. The specific quotation, checkout terms, invoice, service agreement or booking confirmation may provide additional conditions.
2. CC Network & Membership
Free registration and free-to-use features do not involve a payment refund. For paid membership, promoted profiles, premium listings or other network services, eligibility for cancellation or refund depends on the plan selected, whether access or delivery has begun, and the terms disclosed at purchase.
3. CC Shoppe Products & Orders
For physical products, return or replacement requests are assessed against the seller’s applicable terms, product condition, delivery status, damage or defect evidence, and mandatory consumer protections. Do not send products back without receiving the relevant return instructions. The seller, invoice issuer or merchant of record may be responsible for processing the request.
4. CC Waterproofing & Other Services
For site inspections, contractor or applicator bookings, waterproofing work, consultancy and other services, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the confirmed scope of work, scheduling, materials procured, work completed and written quotation or contract. Disputes about workmanship or warranties are reviewed under the applicable service agreement and law.
5. CCBOQ & Digital Services
For software access, subscriptions, digital tools and paid online features, the applicable subscription or checkout terms determine cancellation, renewal and refund eligibility. Cancellation of future renewals does not automatically reverse charges for access or services already supplied, except where required by law or expressly agreed.
6. CC Expo, Events & Bookings
Exhibitor participation, sponsorship, event registrations, booth bookings and related services may involve reservation, promotional or preparation costs. Any cancellation deadlines, permitted substitutions, postponement rights or refund terms will be governed by the relevant booking or event agreement.
7. Advertising, Promotions & Featured Listings
Advertisements, campaigns, sponsorships, featured listings, promotional placements and creative or marketing services are subject to the accepted proposal, campaign schedule and deliverables. Where a campaign has begun or work has been performed, the amount, if any, eligible for refund will be assessed under those terms and applicable law.
8. How to Request Cancellation or Refund
Contact CC using the email below with your registered name, order or booking reference, invoice or payment reference, service name, reason for request and relevant supporting photographs or documents. CC will review the request and may direct you to the responsible seller, contractor, event organiser or service provider when CC is acting only as a platform intermediary.
9. Approved Refunds & Payment Method
Where a refund is approved, the amount and processing method will be communicated to the customer. Refunds are generally directed to the original payment method where feasible and lawful; actual credit times depend on the payment service provider or bank. Applicable deductions, if any, must be supported by the accepted terms and law.
10. Exceptions & Statutory Rights
This policy does not override non-waivable rights under applicable Indian law. Defective goods, deficient services, incorrect charges, duplicate payments and other legally protected claims will be considered according to the facts and applicable consumer and contractual requirements.
11. Policy Updates
CC may revise this policy to reflect changes to services, transaction flows or applicable legal requirements. The version published on this page will apply subject to any binding terms agreed for an earlier transaction and mandatory legal rights.
