1. Introduction
CC Waterproofing is a waterproofing applicator and service booking platform operated by Giribala Creative Ventures Private Limited (GCVPL). By using the platform, users agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable policies.
2. Nature of Services
The platform helps customers post waterproofing requirements, receive and compare quotations, select applicators, manage bookings, communicate and submit feedback. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, GCVPL facilitates bookings and does not itself perform contracted waterproofing work.
3. Registration and Verification
Customers and applicators must provide accurate registration information. Applicators may provide business details, service categories, coverage areas, experience, project portfolios and applicable registration documents. Verification is not a guarantee of workmanship, insurance, availability or project outcomes.
4. Customer Requirements
Customers should accurately describe the problem, location, approximate area and site conditions. Relevant enquiry details may be shared with applicators to prepare quotations, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Quotations and Bookings
Applicators should clearly disclose scope of work, materials, specifications, surface preparation, application method, labour charges, taxes, schedule, payment milestones and warranty terms. A booking is governed by the quotation and terms accepted by the parties.
6. Applicator Responsibilities
Applicators are responsible for suitable materials, technical methods, safe work practices, quality of workmanship, applicable invoices and agreed warranty obligations. They must not misrepresent qualifications or experience.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate site details, reasonable access, disclose known issues, approve the scope and make agreed payments.
8. Payments and Charges
Prices and any platform fees, GST, materials, transport or other charges are governed by the accepted quotation and disclosed booking terms. Payments may be made through authorized gateways or approved arrangements.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the CC Waterproofing Refund & Cancellation Policy, the accepted quotation and applicable law.
10. Warranty and Complaints
Warranty coverage and exclusions depend on the written project warranty. CC Waterproofing does not automatically provide a universal warranty for every booking. Where GCVPL expressly offers a warranty, its written terms apply.
11. Reviews and User Conduct
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fraudulent enquiries, misleading quotations, harassment, spam, payment fraud and unauthorized collection of personal data are prohibited.
12. Intellectual Property
GCVPL or its licensors own platform branding and proprietary software. Users retain their own submitted content and authorize its display as needed to operate the platform.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GCVPL does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, income or independent contractor performance. Nothing excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Account Suspension
GCVPL may restrict accounts for material violations, fraud or security concerns, subject to applicable law.
15. Governing Law
Indian law applies. Subject to mandatory statutory rights, competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.
16. Policy Updates
Updated terms may be published on the platform, with notice or consent where required by law.
