1. Introduction
This policy applies to eligible CC Waterproofing service bookings and payments. Refund eligibility depends on the booking status, accepted quotation, work completed, materials purchased and applicable law.
2. Cancellation Before Applicator Assignment
Where a customer cancels before applicator assignment or a binding service commitment, an advance for unperformed services will generally be refundable, less any previously disclosed, lawful charges.
3. Cancellation After Assignment
Where an applicator is assigned but work has not begun, cancellation is subject to accepted booking terms. Any deduction for an agreed site visit or completed preparatory service must be disclosed and supported.
4. Cancellation After Material Procurement
Authorized, reasonable, non-recoverable project-specific material expenses may be taken into account. Returnable or reusable materials should be accounted for and supporting details provided.
5. Cancellation After Work Begins
Refunds will consider completed work, materials used, authorized expenses, milestones, accepted terms and statutory remedies. Properly completed work is not automatically refundable; remedies for defective services remain available.
6. Applicator Cancellation
If an applicator cancels, CC Waterproofing may help identify an alternative. If no acceptable alternative is available, applicable advances for unperformed work will be refunded in accordance with payment arrangements and law.
7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Verified duplicate or excess payments will be refunded to the appropriate payment source after verification.
8. Service Quality Complaints
Customers should provide booking details, photographs and a description of issues. Depending on the agreement and law, outcomes may include rectification, repeat service, partial refund or other appropriate remedy.
9. Warranty Claims
Warranty coverage, duration and exclusions are determined by the written warranty for the specific project. No universal warranty is implied unless expressly committed in writing.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 7 business days of approval. Bank and payment gateway processing may take additional time. Refunds ordinarily return to the original payment method.
11. Payment Responsibility
Where GCVPL collects payment, it coordinates refunds through the relevant settlement process. Where customers pay an independent applicator directly, that applicator is responsible for applicable refunds, while GCVPL may help resolve disputes. Statutory obligations remain unaffected.
12. Request Procedure
Contact support with your booking or transaction reference, reason for cancellation or refund, and supporting documents. The request will be reviewed, coordinated with the applicator where necessary, and the decision communicated.
13. Non-Refundable Charges
Reasonable charges for completed inspections or other services may be non-refundable only where clearly disclosed, agreed and legally permissible.
14. Policy Updates
Updates will be published on the website and will not retrospectively remove statutory rights.
15. Applicable Law
This policy is governed by applicable Indian law. Mandatory rights and remedies remain unaffected.
