CC SERVICES - FULL FOUR MODULE ADMIN REPAIR (PHP 5.6)

This package contains the four original service modules (excluding old nested ZIP archives), the repaired authentication integration, and the updated existing /admin/index.php.

INSTALLATION
1. Back up public_html/admin/index.php and public_html/services/ and the database.
2. Extract this package into public_html/ preserving the admin/ and services/ directories.
3. DO NOT replace public_html/admin/admin_bootstrap.php or config/database.php.
4. Log in at /admin/login.php and open /admin/ -> CC Services.
5. Test all four admin pages as a logged-in admin and as a logged-out user.
6. /services/admin/ redirects authorized admins to /admin/#cc-services.
7. Keep module-specific /admin/ controllers: they perform the actual management operations.

WHAT CHANGED
- Shared /services/admin-auth-common.php uses existing admin_bootstrap.php, admin_is_logged_in(), and admin_require_permission('dashboard.view').
- Technical and Specification bootstrap admin functions now use the shared guard.
- Multibrand and RFQ bridges now use the shared guard.
- Added CC Services links to the existing admin dashboard.
- Existing member/supplier files were preserved.

IMPORTANT
- No live Hostinger deployment or database migration was performed.
- The database tables in each module's schema.sql must already exist; missing tables can still cause HTTP 500.
- If a module still errors, inspect Hostinger's PHP error log for the exact exception.
- Existing admin_bootstrap.php has a relative login redirect; the shared guard intercepts logged-out access and sends it to /admin/login.php first.
- For non-super-admin staff, dashboard.view permission is required. Consider a dedicated services permission later.
