1. Organizer and campaign
The CC Industry Network Builder Challenge is organized by Giribala Creative Ventures Pvt. Ltd. through its Chemicals4Construction.com (CC Network) platform (the “Organizer”). The campaign is intended to encourage genuine industry networking among members.
2. Campaign period
The participation period begins at 00:00:00 IST on 1 November 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 IST on 31 March 2027. Only eligible events recorded within this period count. The planned review window is 1–15 April 2027, with results targeted for 20 April 2027, subject to verification.
3. Who may participate
- Participants must be natural persons aged 18 or above, hold an active CC Network member account, and have a genuine professional or business connection to the construction or construction-chemicals industry.
- Participants must provide accurate profile information and comply with CC Network rules.
- Only one participating account per person is permitted. Accounts must remain active and in good standing until verification.
- Employees, directors and campaign administrators of the Organizer, and their immediate family members, are proposed to be excluded from prize eligibility.
- Participation is free. No purchase, payment or subscription is required.
4. What counts as a connection
An eligible connection is a genuine relationship between two distinct CC Network members, accepted during the campaign. CC Network records the acceptance in the existing connections table using the status and responded_at fields. Both participating members may receive one connection credit for the accepted relationship, subject to these rules.
- Requests that remain pending, rejected, cancelled or blocked do not count.
- Connections accepted before 1 November 2026 do not count, even if the original request is older.
- Duplicate relationships between the same pair of members count only once per member.
- Connections with fake, automated, purchased or otherwise ineligible accounts may be excluded after review.
- New-member referrals are tracked separately and may be used as a tie-breaker only under the ranking rules below.
The public dashboard and leaderboard are provisional until eligibility and data-integrity checks are complete.
5. Prize categories and budgets
| Rank | Minimum target | Merchandise award |
|---|---|---|
| First | 10,000 eligible connections | Winner's choice of one laptop OR one Apple iPhone, purchase value up to ₹1,00,000 |
| Second | 5,000 eligible connections | One smartphone, purchase value up to ₹50,000 |
| Third | 2,500 eligible connections | One tablet, purchase value up to ₹25,000 |
There are three prizes in total, one per rank. A milestone alone does not guarantee an award. If fewer than three eligible participants meet the relevant thresholds, an award may remain unallocated under these rules. No participant may receive more than one prize. Prizes are not cash, are not transferable, and carry no cash alternative or payout of any unused budget. Specific makes, models, configurations and availability will be confirmed when winners are contacted; applicable manufacturer warranties will be provided.
6. Ranking and tie-breaks
After the closing date, eligible participants will be ranked by their total eligible accepted connections during the campaign, highest first. The first prize requires at least 10,000 connections; after selecting the first winner, the second prize requires at least 5,000 connections; after selecting the second winner, the third prize requires at least 2,500 connections. A participant who does not meet a rank's minimum is not awarded that rank.
For an equal connection count, the participant with more distinct verified members referred during the campaign ranks higher. If still tied, the participant who reached the relevant connection count first, using recorded acceptance timestamps, ranks higher. Any unresolved tie must be reviewed under a documented, consistently applied procedure before a winner is confirmed.
7. Verification and winner notification
The Organizer may review account authenticity, connection histories, member status, referral records and suspected manipulation before confirming winners. Potential winners may be asked for reasonable identity and eligibility documentation through a secure process. The Organizer will communicate the verification deadline and delivery process directly to selected participants. A provisional leaderboard position is not proof of winning.
8. Taxes, shipping and prize delivery
Any applicable taxes, tax withholding, reporting or documentation requirements will be handled according to Indian law in force when prizes are awarded. The Organizer will explain applicable tax documentation and withholding requirements before prize delivery. Prize delivery is available within India to an eligible address after verification and completion of any required tax formalities. Delivery timelines and any incidental charges will be communicated to eligible winners before dispatch.
9. Fair participation and disqualification
Bulk or automated account creation, fabricated identities, connection trading, coercive invitations, spam, misleading representations and manipulation of acceptance dates are prohibited. Members must respect other users' choice to accept or decline requests. Where suspicious activity is identified, the Organizer may temporarily withhold the affected score while investigating and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final adverse determination.
10. Privacy and publicity
Account and connection information will be processed to operate the campaign, prevent abuse, contact potential winners and satisfy legal obligations, consistent with the platform's published privacy policy and applicable law. Public leaderboards should show only limited member display information and verified score totals. Any additional winner photograph, testimonial or promotional use requires appropriate notice and consent where applicable.
11. Changes, cancellation and disputes
Material changes to campaign terms, eligibility or prizes should be announced clearly and should not unfairly disadvantage participants who have already acted under published rules. If circumstances beyond reasonable control require suspension or cancellation, the Organizer will publish an explanation and the treatment of existing entries. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The campaign is governed by applicable Indian law. Participants may raise concerns through the Organizer contact channel below; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
12. Organizer contact and approval
Campaign questions can be directed through the CC Network contact page. For campaign support or complaints, contact info@chemicals4construction.com.
